Keynote Speaker Kim Jones to Address the Rapidly Changing
State of Leadership in the U.S. Workforce

CAMARILLO, CA – (January 23, 2025) – Kim Jones, Founder and CEO of Kim Jones Alliance (KJA), a leading resource for women who want to advance their careers and create maximum workplace impact, will be a keynote speaker on the changing state of leadership in the workforce at IMA Financial Group’s State of Business Summit—Greater Ventura County on January 30, 2025.

The IMA State of Business Summit unites the county’s top leaders to learn alongside industry experts and get clarity on what it will take for their organizations to thrive in 2025.
